Senior Project Manager, XRiver Technologies, LLC (eVision Partners, Inc.)
Ms. East joined XRiver in 1995 and has worked since that time as Project Manager to implement Portfolio/Project Management Systems at multiple State Departments of Transportation, including Michigan, Tennessee, New Mexico, and Maine. She also worked on other similar implementation projects for Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Colorado, and Alabama. Ms. East’s responsibilities encompasses requirements gathering, logical design, documentation, system testing, UAT, training material development, and training. At Michigan, she led the Planisware implementation from 2015-18. In 2020 eVision Partners merged with XRiver Technologies where she continues work for both the state of Nebraska and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) implementing ERP and PPRM systems.
Ms. East continues to play an active role with current and former clients related to change control and ongoing support to insure continued user adoption and realization of value. She believes that success begins and ends with good customer service and she facilitates processes and communications in support of strong, ongoing customer relationships.
Diane holds a BA in Applied Behavioral Science and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
