Premium support and monitoring
We disbanded our external testing team. The testing done by the Managed Services team was so robust that we felt any testing we did on top of that was redundant.
Customers access a dedicated support team available year-round, a dedicated ticketing system, and a support mailbox monitored 24/7. The support team is a customers’ single point of contact for all incidents and requests. They handle all support items from the moment they are reported until a fix is provided, or a service is performed.
With premium monitoring, the Managed Services team can identify risks before they become incidents and make platform enhancement recommendations. This team also delivers a periodic application usage and service-level report

In a release cycle, the Managed Services team spends time testing changes and fixes through unit testing, functional testing with customers, and automated regression testing. The Planisware change control process tracks the life cycle of all changes in detail, until live in Production.
Managed Services also provides premium product upgrade management. This ensures customers always have access to the latest and greatest Planisware features.

Managed Services Subscription
The knowledge transfer process was exceptional – the Managed Services team did not miss a beat during the transition and was able to quickly onboard and deliver.
With a Managed Services subscription, customers know exactly what they are getting ahead of time. This helps set expectations with users while keeping maintenance costs under control.
Consolidating historical data and information from customers’ roadmap, a pre-defined allowance of support tickets, scheduled releases, and velocity per release is set. To account for the unexpected, customers can purchase ad-hoc services on top of their subscription.
